Born in New York and raised in Puerto Rico, her bilingual background and education are key to writing and editing documents. Moved to Texas and for over 20 years she has served as a consecutive, concurrent, and chuchotage interpreter in education, religious organizations, and conferences. With a professional background in retail and Human Resources, customer service is #1 priority. Back translations are her expertise, ensuring the original meaning has not been lost in the translation process and that all Hispanic and Latin American audiences understand the message.
